A Newbie Introduction

Hi, there, I wanted to introduce myself to your discussion group....my
name is Jacquie....I live in NE, and have been watching the Y&R since it
began....I would like to participate in you group...I am NOT A
SPAMMER...I would never even Post spam of any kind...I ALSO HATE
SPAM....I am recovering from multiple fractures that I sustained in a
bad fall....So I have plenty of time on my hands...I missed Y&R today
due to a DR. appt....BOO! What did I miss with Brads confrontation with
Victor?

Hey, thanks for the welcome! I just wanted it clear that spam isn't
cool...some discussion groups are spam magnets and I have been dealing
with the Swen Worm, which is a spammer harassment....started the day I
posted on another discussion group...which I won't name. Well, I'm sure
I'll see the conflict or the results of the confrontation

You have a very polite introduction. Welcome from me too.
Everyone here will appreciate your knowledge from the inception
of Y&R! We like to dredge up past Y&R memories and comment
on new stuff as well.
Personally I love when old time watchers tweak my memory.

We all agree here (I can safely speak for most!) that SPAM in
not welcome.

Thanks! Remembering Victor from the beginning is a real trip! That man
can make the babies now can't he? Lets see...at least three
vasectomies...PRETTY SCARY THOUGHT IF YOU THINK THIS IS REAL...He
couldn't even keep it from jumping out of the freezer.....and it even
moved from house to house!! I remember Jill in the beginning and how
the show was about her family....and What about the changes that Kaye C.
went through....and how in the hell could Jill have been her
daughter....I can see why she had a stroke...finding out she gave birth
to a daughter....all those years later...I JUST LOVE IT!!!!! My mom use
to call me and we would talk about this soap all the time...she gave me
up for adoption and I found her 20 years ago...alas..she can't talk to
me about it now because she is in the last stages of Alzheimers...Hope

onscreen for awhile, but I thought he was married to Julia when
he came to Y&R. Julia was bored with Victor after several years
of marriage and started kanoodling with Brock.

I had to think about this one...That was Victor's benefactor...Like an
unofficial mother...not legal...She was a meddling mother-in-law with
Julia...She wanted Victor to herself in a sick mother/bed mate sort of
way...and she had the money.....and that's what Victor cared
about....Much later Victor found his bio mom...
