selling paintings on Ebay to make ends meet.
On the ebay page where she has her painting listed, there
is a little question and answer sections where people can
ask her about what she's selling. Someone asked her what
the proceeds of the painting were going to, and here is
what she said:
"hello, no, i don't think lucy nor rob has seen this
one, and the proceeds from this painting are going
towards the little project in my belly. being a single
mom of two (almost), i am going to try to paint more
to take care of the family. thanks for the question. renee">>

Current bid: US $5,500.00
Supposed to be a painting of Xena, but her quote "This is an oil
painting, which began as a political piece last summer, but became my green
eyes this summer.Strange, huh! I didn't use a photograph for inspiration,
**but it is supposed to be me!** This is a large one, measuring 42 inches X
42 inches. I have framed it in a pecan border with a surrounding red
mahogany frame. It looks good (excuse the pun). After 10 percent of the sale
goes to charity, the rest goes towards finishing the post production for my
film. I am almost there...almost... thanks for the die hard support! renee "

The auctions are to help raise money for the completion of her film project
"Diamonds & Guns" and some has gone to charity. Info on this has come from
both Renee and Sharon Delany (at Creation). I've followed the eBay auctions
out of curiosity, and everytime I've seen one, she's indicated that it's for
either the film or charity. And when someone asks, they seem to get th same
answer. (She posts many questions and answers on the auction page for all to
see).
Don't believe your gossip rag, go email Sharon and ask her.
