Reznik

TWIN PEAKS (ATTP) - So the abandonment of doppelcooperville, and the
subsequent battle for supremacy in the rulerless theme-park/dictatorship
has begun to tear apart the once stable alt.tv.twin-peaks.
It began as a simple... well... actually this reporter isn't even sure how it
began. Initial reports stated something along the lines of a cow being shot,
and someone 'picking up the penny', which I can only assume is slang for
the failure to provide the proper gratuities for the room service waiter.
"I don't even know what happened!" whelped one innocent bystander, "I think
I remember someone coming along and saying 'I'm new :)', but then everything
went all crazy and apache helicopters flew overhead and several men giving each
other this obnoxiously obvious 'secret-sign' began interrogating me about some
place I didn't even know existed!"
The area being disputed over is the fabled Doppelcooperville (DCV). Once ruled
with an iron fist by one known only to the people as 'he-who-was-but-it-is-now-
gone-and-may-someday-hopefully-return', it was suddenly left without ruler, and
remained relatively uninhabited. Then another came along, claiming that he was,
in fact, the heir to this marvelous land.
This new would-be ruler, known under a variety of names, including (but not
limited to) VX, KillAnalog, Mysterio, that-evil-bastard, or even THE HERRING,
had moved in a large number of troops and concubines and began to reorganize,
restructure, and even redecorate the once blissful theme park. Assuming the
place was his, and his alone for the taking, he immediately sat upon the throne
beside his queen (in name only, none of that nasty hanky-panky goin on) Queen
Mindy VII.
The only one brave, valiant, determined, wonderful (and other such flattering
terms) enough to stand up to this evil tyrant was Reznik. Known among his many
dear followers as 'Reznik the Great and Powerful' or 'Sex-Machine', he began
to move his loyal following of freedom-fighters to the borders of DCV, and began
to loudly play ABBA and Air Supply records while focussing a number of
uncomfortably bright disco-balls into the windows of the palace in an effort to
drive out the evil within, but to no avail.
Vx and Mindy simply disco danced the night away, in seeming defiance to
the threat at hand.
At last report, the Great Reznik was seen pacing around his war-tent (which
happens to be impeccably decorated with a particular pornography motif) mumbling
something to himself about 'that damned vx and his insidious questions'.
Frustrated, yet undaunted, we can be sure that one as spectacular as he who is
Reznik can only have some great and miraculous plans to rid DCV of this evil,
menacing tyrant... to prepare for the return of the true evil, menacing tyrant.

Page 2174, paragraph 12, subparagraph 3 clearly states:
"Once the wonderful and beautiful (in a handsome way of course) Reznik
takes the throne of DCV from the grasp of the evil, monstrous,
and hideously deformed VX, each child in the public DCV school system
will be graciously allowed his or her own study corral, in which he/she
will be granted access to any and all of the pornography he/she wishes,
which may include (but is not limited to) National Geographic, artsy
foreign films, and the occasional B-movie starring Shannon Tweed.
Any proud women who are both attractive in their physical state, and
mental ability will be granted the glorious opportunity to work as a
concubine for the Great Reznik, or one of his generals. If fortune falls
upon them, they may also bear one of the glorious offspring...
