It was very abrupt. No live reveal of the winner. No explanation of what
the winner will get or do. Just, "Congratulations. You're the
apprentice. Now get out."
Then the show was over.

It was definitely odd. Both candidates were asked what they would like to
work on in the Trump Organization, but they weren't actually offered
choices. Clint said something about a Trump development project that was
apparently going on in Scotland, but nothing about this had ever been
mentioned. And then Brandy said she would like to work generically with the
Trump children (Ivanka, Don, Eric - the "next generation" of Trump) but
didn't mention any specific project. It seemed the ending was very abrupt
and poorly edited. I did like the fact that the winner got to go back to
the suite and celebrate with the other players (that had never been done on
the previous live finales). But there was no mention of the loser, no cab
drive, no "what are they doing now" kind of thing. It really seemed like
they tried to cram too much into one hour and didn't do a decent wrap-up.
No, it was "what would you like to do for me?" That golf development
in Scotland, as I recall, has been beset with lots of legal issues and
Clint would have been a good choice for that, regardless if he won or
not - OTOH, UK law doesn't have a lot in common with US law.

It was really odd at the end. I want to know if Clint had an offer
after the end of the episodes, or what is he doing now....
N.
Clint has his own website, clintrobertson.com. but he doesn't have a lot of content on it yet. I agree, if I were
Trump, I would offer some sort of position to the guy, he is sharp, smart, and even humorous! He also seems to be
a straight shooter, and not a back-stabbing, lying asshole.
Yeah, that sucked. :( NBC should axe the series.
