sideline project that may gobble up a lot of my free time, but that is
uncertain at the moment as I wait ti hear if it is a go and the timeline.
Either way, I can get away for a full day at least.
In the meantime, I saw letterman for the first time in a long time
yesterday.
It's his birthday today and mine tomorrow which creeps me out that the
funeral is on that date. Not only just because it's Friday the 13th
I'm used to that
Alec Baldwin was on, and I had never seen him so funny. He's good on 30
Rock but the show is hard to pay attention to.
He looks great. I like him now tho never liked him before.
He told some great stories about how he makes prank phone calls.
Then he demonstrated how his daughter breaks into her ballet moves when they
are in queue at MacDonalds or whatever.
He sure did dance better than I expected to.
They also showed the golden retriever who saved the lady by performing a
heimlich maneuver on him
Their animated simulation was great
Although the star of the evening was Bassett Hound Fred who sat patiently in
the green room, looking up dolefully and balefully at the camera.
Just too cute.
Dave was about as good as ever.
he's 60 now.
