I would think after 3 days you would hear the correct pronunciation
multiple times especially after Nicole came to Lillian trying to get
Tijuana voted off.
Regardless of spelling, if it's unfamiliar and your tribemate, you would
think she would make an effort to get it right.

Oh, oh, you better bottom post around here. LOL! :-)
I can forgive them in Survivor though. You can't really go up to
someone before TC and ask, "BTW, how do you spell your name?" :-D
Actually, Ryan might spell her name that way if he was a trekkie because
isn't LT. Uhura played by a "Nichole" somebody?

Thanks for the tip! Actually I do normally bottom post, but sometimes I get

Some names I can understand but some are kind of obvious, to me anyway.
Nicole would be one of those. Who was it that spelt everyones names
incorrectly and really wrong?

Well, let's see, 7 people are pronouncing it tea-wan-na and one person
is pronouncing it tea-wan-da. Also, there is no 'd' in the spelling. I
think JP gets the pronunciation right before he goes on camera and he's
one of the 7.

It could be worse, they could have named her Lemonjello
or Oranjello. ($1 to Chris Rock, I think)

Actually, I'm annoyed that she has a name like Tijuana, thou that
annoyance is canceled out by the fact that she's stuck wearing a
sheer blouse and mini-skirt.
