Sergeant Spencer has been murdered, and the gun used to murder him has
been found in Colonel Young's quarters, making him the most likely
suspect. An evidentiary hearing is being held, with at least one person
from Earth present via commstone. One question asked is if Young has
ever attacked anyone under his command. Too bad Telford doesn't seem to
be present to testify that Young recently attacked HIM! I am certain
that the fact that Young attacked Telford last episode would be relevant
to this investigation!

I have a suggestion: Telford took over Young's body via commstone last
night, shot Spencer, and planted the gun in Young's quarters so as to
discredit him! In this way, Telford gets revenge on Young for attacking
him last week!

IOA rep Ray is now in command.

In the end, Eli discovers from his kino records that Spencer committed
suicide. Young determines that Rush then framed him for killing
Spencer. Young then gates to a planet that Rush has gone to to
investigate a crahsed alien ship. Young beats up Rush and leaves him on
that planet! I predeict that Rush will hook up with the crew of that
ship and lead them in an attack against Destiny!

Rush explained that he didn't think that Young was fully committed to
the mission. Would Rush want Young to cut Emily loose and take up with
TJ?

Yeah, that would have been good *g*

During the evidentiary hearing into the allegations of Young murdering
Spencer, why didn't anyone from Earth mention Young assaulting Telford
(November 20 episode)? Surely Telford would have told the SGC about the
first attack, and IDed the guy whose body Young used for the 2nd
attack. The SGC would then be able to determine that Young used that
2nd guy's body.

If you find your wife in bed with another man, and then attack that man,
but not your wife, are you guilty of domestic abuse?

Telford may not have turned in the guy who beat him up--or the one who
possessed him at the time--could have made up a story that he was
mugged, had a car accident, whatever. Telford's got secrets of his own
to keep, I'm sure we'll hear more about this in the future.

Telford already blew his chance to do that. Remember when he was
confronted by Young in Emily's home, and Telford made a call to get the
stone removed?

Emily witnessed the first Young Attack. She might ask for a restraining order
against Young, which would bring his crime to the SGC's attention.

So the SGC does know about Young's first attempt to attack Telford. They
should have made certain that the investigators they sent to the Destiny knew
about that incident.

Umm, aldutery, or the appearance of the same, is a violation of the
UCMJ. The former is a courts martial offence, the latter is a command
review, usually a reprimand that ends a career. Of course, so is
assault.

A man goes into a coma while using a strange chair on the Destiny. What
would happen if the mind of that man were exchanged via commstone with the
mind of a man on Earth? Would the mind from Earth be conscious? Would the
mind from Destiny be conscious?
