is Shatner's way of calling Abrams a liar. So he says he is telling
JJ personally here.

Shatner then goes out of his way to mock Abrams by calling him "smart"
and too bad Abrams couldn't figure out a way to use that 'box thing
that moves the molecules around' to bring back Kirk ---yet--- how
Shatner was able to bring Kirk back to life in his book. And how
wonderful Abrams is. Really. Wink. Wink.
It's called killing with kindness. Guess social misfits who dress up
like Shatner and self date for a social life just wouldn't have a
clue...
