Looking for a Paris Story

I'm looking for a story I read many years ago, and the plot line goes
something like this:

Tom Paris is in a shuttle crash with Chakotay, B'Elanna and Harry, and
Tom is seriously hurt. The Commander rations their food supplies, but
discovers someone has tampered with them during the night. The next
night he catches Tom raiding the supplies, but instead of stealing
them he is pouring some of his own water ration into the bottles
reserved for the others. When Chakotay confronts him, Paris says
what's the sense of him taking the water from the others since he's so
seriously hurt that he doesn't expect to make it off the planet
anyway?

Soon they are all captured, and the bad aliens pull Tom out of the
group and torture him for information about Voyager by sending in
holograms of Harry, B'Elanna and finally Chakotay, and killing them
all before his very eyes--Tom is so badly hurt that he doesn't realize
they're holograms, but he doesn't reveal any information either.
Eventually they return Tom to holding cell with the others, who have
been forced to watch these torture sessions through a viewscreen or
something. Tom, thinking they're all ghosts, asks them to take him
with them, since he couldn't bear to return to Voyager as the sole
survivor.

They manage to escape somehow, and Chakotay waits with Tom in a hidden
location while Harry and B'Elanna go off to find a local village to
try and make contact with Voyager...

And that's all I can remember about the story.

Any help in finding out the name and author (and web location if
possible!) would be greatly appreciated.
