UPDATE: I've learned Paramount's top execs missed last night's South
Park episode viciously spoofing Steven Spielberg and George Lucas for
"raping" Indiana Jones in this summer's fourquel. No, I mean really
recreating those rape scenes from The Accused and Deliverance and
scattering them throughout the incredibly racist episode. My info is
that Paramount will look into this on Friday with parent company
Viacom which produces the savage adult toon.
I learned about the episode from a tipster, saw it, and thought OH MY
GOD.
Remember how Tom Cruise was upset with Viacom for allowing South Park
to air the infamous "Trapped in the Closet" episode? I can't begin to
imagine what Brad Grey and Rob Moore, and Spielberg and Lucas, will
say to Viacom. Especially since Paramount confirmed to me this week
that an Indiana Jones 5 is a very, very real possibility and that
Lucas has already begun development on it.

Maybe they'll get the message and try not to turn Indy into a running
joke like Rocky & Rambo.
Its a bit late for that!

Me, too. George Lucas let Robot Chicken spoof Star Wars, even performed
a voice-over. I think he also helped out with Family Guys's spoof.

Well, that would explain why it sucked.

Well hopefully "The China Probrem" will put a stop to all that.

I saw it. Aside from Cartman's usual getting caught up in ridiculous
stereotypes, how was it incredibly racist?

...It assumed that the stereotype of PF Chang only hiring white folks
to work in their restaurants is true.

It didn't show Token making out with a white girl?
And hiring only chinese people for Chinese restaurants, INCLUDING
those found in fast food courts across the nation, NOT a stereotype?
I would not have a problem getting Lemon Chicken from a white, black,
or Hispanic person working the counter. I would only have a problem
if the food were BAD!!!!
