'Sliders' mistaken for 'Sneakers'

I enjoy the show Sliders now, on DVD.
But I never saw the show when it was on the air.
I guess I confused Sliders with the movie Sneakers, and avoided it because they didn't cast River Phoenix. I think maybe there's a lot of people who avoided the show for that reason.

The New York Times, the BBC, and many others write the name correctly. I've been unable to find even one US news website that has written "Jung" instead of "Jong", which was my main point rather than the hyphenation.
