I spotted an error in the episode "Midnight Rx" (season 16 episode 6,
production code 2F-3567).  It occurs right after Lisa watches the "History of
Flight AV materials" newsreel, around the 2:30 mark.  Can you spot it?

I sure hope Matt Groaning was burned alive at the stake for that error!
