5/12 - The Fabulous Faker Boy
Bart changes his tune about piano lessons when he sees his new
teacher; Homer tries to hide the fact that he has lost his last two
hairs from Marge
* "Gorgeous Grampa" was supposed to air at 7:00, but it has been
replaced by the new episode of The Cleveland Show that would have
aired last Sunday had Fox's NASCAR coverage not pre-empted it
(which brings up the question: if they're that desperate to air
this new episode of The Cleveland Show, does it mean this is
going to be the last season? We'll know more when Fox announces
its fall schedule next Monday)

5/19 - SEASON FINALE - DOUBLE FEATURE OF NEW EPISODES
-----------------------------------------------------
8:00 - The Saga of Carl Carlson (RABF14)
Homer, Moe, Lenny, and Carl win the lottery, but when Carl makes off
with the jackpot, the others follow him - to Iceland

8:30 - Dangers on a Train (RABF17)
Marge confuses a "Dolly Madison" site (which deals with baked goods)
for an "Ashley Madison" site (which deals with married people seeking
affairs), and catches the interest of a married man

5/26 - PRE-EMPTED for the Coca-Cola 600 NASCAR race (local programming
airs after the race in the west)

For those of you who haven't heard, Matt Groening's mother, Margaret
Wiggum Groening (she's also the "source" of the names for Marge and
Chief Wiggum) died on April 22. at age 94.

Stevie Wonder could see this crap is done after this season.

My (old) theory: they may have just enough new episodes to air in the
fall, especially at 7:30 when there are a bunch of pre-emptions for
NFL doubleheaders, and then the show gets replaced by Murder Police in
January.

I say "old" theory because (a) you would think they would want to save
a new episode they didn't have to air, and (b) there was a commercial
showing an 8:30 start time for the show (although that could just be
during the summer - then again, maybe they don't have enough Bob's
Burgers episodes planned for next season without depending on NFL
pre-emptions).

We may find out on Monday. We may also find out who gets Fox's
post-Super Bowl slot. (My money is on an hour-long New Girl.)
