show is neither in 3-D nor on ice"

1/17 - PRE-EMPTED for an encore showing of the "Human Target" premiere
(followed by the usual 2-hour "24" season premiere)

1/24 - PRE-EMPTED for the NFC Championship Game (local programming
will air after the game in the west)

1/31 - Million Dollar Maybe (LABF03)
Homer wins a million dollars in the lottery, but he can't even tell
Marge out of fear that she'll get mad at him (because he was supposed
to be attending a wedding with her at the time he bought the ticket)

As for the following two weeks, 2/7 is Super Bowl Sunday (on CBS), so
expect a repeat; 2/14 is Daytona 500 day (on Fox), so expect a new
episode

It's about time we heard more of Gramps' old stories.

I like the one about the time in WWII when they stole those paintings, but
he just keeps telling that story time after time.
