By a factory for $1, or the Silverdome for the price of a McMansion

I thought it was pretty funny when Bart had the winning bid of $1.00 for an
abandoned factory, but I figured things like that did happen.

The news is a little old, but the Silverdome in Pontiac, Michigan recently
was sold to a Canadian real estate company. Price when built in 1975 : 55.7
million dollars. Price in November 2009 : $583,000.
