"The Face-Painter" actor's name?!

Does anyone know the name of the actor who played the title character in
"The Face-Painter" episode? Elaine's date to a hockey game paintes his
face red to show team spirit for the New Jersey Devils. This actor has
appeared on several other sit-coms, but with T.V. credits whizzing by (as
they do these days) the size of a warrenty's fine print, I have found it
impossible to find his name. Can anyone help with a site where I can get
episode credits, the address of a trivia whiz that knows this off the top

The actor's name is Patrick Warburton and his name on the show was David
Putty.

Patrick was one of TV's busiest character actors, appearing on many hit
shows in supportin roles, until he got the gig on Dave's World which he
still holds.
