Yeah, I know :)

But I wouldn't bother posting to alt.tv.red-dwarf, it's deader than

So if I was to go and post there with a 5 line sig, wossiname
(Friday?) wouldn't follow it up with a threat to report me to my ISP
for breach of posting protocol then?

Friday?
Bloody hell, that's going back a bit!
He was on his way out when I started posting there in 1998.

There were a number of people there who were completely
anal about the 'rules' though.
Once I had a 4 line sig but had a 1 line gap between the delimeter
and the sig proper, technically a 5 line sig and I was told off for
it. I told 'em where to go.....

I hope it's an improvement on the last couple of series.

LOL, annoying innit, I assume season 9 was the dire Back to Earth
episodes, a bit sexist of me I know but they lost the plot, and laughs,
when the Kochanski character was made a regular.

The net cops had long since gone y the time the Back to earth episodes
were on.
I was posting to the bitter end of that group, even *beyond* it as I still
very occaisonally post now, though I don't know why I bother as I
rarely get a response.

Did you post under the name 'Jerry Brown' back then? I don't remember
you, perhaps you had gone before I arrived.

Yes, I was je...@jwbrown.demon.co.uk.RemoveThisBitToReply until about
2000, then switched to my own domain.

My last post was 18th March 2003 in a thread entitled "Red Dwarf 3"
discussing the commentary track on the season 3 DVD.

Mesage ID was <3e7f7v09vivgg2q39...@4ax.com>.

And some new ones too, but well worn, like a pair of flats on a night

Yes, I remember. Well, plenty of space in usenet now. Uh. I don't miss
the internet of the late 1990's. I was a real nutcase. Now, its the world
that has gone mad.
