Okay, i confess. Ever since Roxy's pre-Halloween passing out of Reeses
Peanut Butter Cups as a cure for the blues, i've fully taken to
dispensing and engaging in Peanut Butter Cups of Joy. And i think of
Roxy every time and smile.

I'll go one better: I signed up to be a bone marrow donor!

Hah! Good one, Suzanne.

Hey DW- if you're a dark chocolate fan- try the Reeses Dark. They are
too yummy.
I personally like the Reeses Mini's the best. Don't know why- but they
are my fave candy. I have yet to see the Mini's in Dark though. But
that doesn't necessarily mean they don't make them. The dark ones are
fairly new to the market i think?

Oh.. i'm very sorry to make light, then. ~:o{

Apologies if i took it too jokingly. But then again- how many other
of
us can say that, eh?
That is very brave thing to do- and big kudos to you.

Yeah, I said it lightheartedly, but it's true. I had thought about it back
when that story was running, and then only recently actually sent for the
kit. Why not? I likely won't ever get chosen, but if I do, I could
actually save someone's life for a little inconvenience and pain on my part.
Interestingly, I found out AFTER I sent in my cheek swab that some boys with
Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy (my son's disease) were saved in infancy by
bone marrow donors! So I apparently have a personal reason to do it, but I
didn't realize it at the time.
