Is anyone else really annoyed that Dorian is giving in so quickly to
Mitch? I know she is terrified about her Cramer girls but she was
NEVER one to back down from a fight. I want to see her in full
scheming mode matching wits with Mitch, not quaking and acquiescing to
him.

I have nothing to say to that- as you might well imagine. LOL
I'm allready sick to death of him chewing up the scenery. Can't get
rid of him quick enough to suit me.

BUT- i will say, Dorian looked very sharp in that hat when she went to
see him. Reminded me of a very dapper old fashioned movie type look.

Cheers Jason and Happy Holidays to all!

She did look very Alexis Carrington Colby with that hat on. I loved
the look.

I had the episode on, but wasn't fully paying attention: Had Mitch
made any
veiled threats in reference to Dorian's grandson, River; or to
Melinda??

no he concentrated on Dorian's "girls". He didn't mention Jack or Sam

I think it would have been cool if she'd accepted his "offer," then gone
straight to Bo to let him know what was going on, and the "bad guy" Dorian
would be working with the "good guys" Bo & John to bring the even badder guy
Mitch down. (Actually, I'm about a week behind, so maybe she did exactly
this and I just don't know it yet...) I did like that Dorian was the only
person who didn't succumb immediately to Mitch's veiled threats when she
first saw him. He was going on and on about her girls, and she was
struggling but still staying calm, until she finally broke. Most people
just start yelling at him immediately.

I thought of the same thing! I really love it if they staged it just
right, making Mitch think he has the upper hand, and then lowering the
boom once they've trapped him with incontrovertible evidence of his
wrong-doing.

I doubt that Carlivati will go that way, though. They never do.

Sigh.

It's easier (and lazier) to just dumb the good guys down and then eventually
kill off the bad guy (at least for the time being). True crime-conquering
brains are in short supply on the show. UNLESS a chick or two get into a
bad situation and their only hope is for John to brilliantly figure out how
to save them...
