The Great Moscow State Circus has employed a fake SpongeBob to make an
appearance at some of their shows. On the discount coupons (one that I
got at a Burger King in Tampa, FL, the city where the circus will make a
stop Saturday 9/20), it had a picture of "SpongeBob" as a "special
guest", though the picture of SpongeBob looks quite ugly. Also, to
protect themselves legally, SpongeBob was never identified by name, and
in small print, it mentions that this "SpongeBob" is an "impersonator"
-- disclosing then and there that he is a fake.

Perhaps they hired Doodleboob Squarepants from the Magic Pencil episode?
