MTV changes VMAs start time to avoid clashing with Obama

The start time will be moved one hour earlier because the VMAs is
scheduled for the same night as the president's acceptance speech as
the Democratic National Convention.

That'll give this year's awards show a capacity of 20,000, compared to
its previous location the Nokia Theatre, which had a 7,100 capacity.
