If memory serves, Larry Gelbart used to use Gmail return
adress. I blocked em all, and then realized what I'd done.

If any legitimate readers on this ng have 'gmail' addresses,
they might
consider changing to another ISP: this ng is being inundated
with tens of
spammers, all of whom have gmail, and I'm thinking of
blocking them all
wholesale, instead of just blocking them one-at-a-time.
This is getting monotonous!

I use G-Mail. When these posts appear, I simply delete them.

I'd rather have Larry back. But, there is no stopping the
hands of time.

Unfortunately, you won't have to worry about

Some usenet readers do allow for deleting posts. The spam
hasn't totally destroyed this group. Yet.

Highlight all at once, then delete.

Dear A,
If you are going to center post. Please delete the text
below your new text. I know I'll get roasted for top
posting this. But, either top or bottom. Center posting one
item sure makes it hard to find your new text. I center
post, if there are multiple items and multiple replies.

Wasn't there an early '70s song with something close
to that title?
