It explains the, somewhat out of character, weirdness of the John Astin
thing; it explains the handyman helping himself to their food, tv and
dog; it explains that slapstick tag (bouncing off the canopy?!?!).
Jamie grew up watching Addamm's Family on tv, heard what Paul said
and went from there. Whadda youse think?

The answer to 'what is 6 times 9' really IS 42. In base 13!
Jeez, a bit Freudian you might say! I've been reading Shakespeare's
_A Midsummer Nights Dream_ for my final exam and we have to tie in some
psychoanylitical thing to the whole play being this "dream".
I sort of thought the same thing too. But, I thought it was cuz of all
this studying.
Yeah, it was sort of outrageous that Astin did those flip flops and it
sort of makes sense being a dream because of when Astin and his wife were
having "lunch" at four in the morning, Jamie and Paul were saying that
they weren't properly dressed --in pj's. Lots of that hazy, no meaning
experiences in that scene.
But, really I know MAY is not Shakespeare and I just thought the episode
was a funny one, especially since it went a little "off" towards the end.

Interesting idea. What I want to know is, whose dream is it? Paul's
or Jamie's?
--
Jamie's dream, Paul's nightmare.
Considering the carryover between episodes, should we be looking for a dream
reference in the next show?
Yeah -- Jamie is going to find Bobby Ewing soaping up in her shower.
