Notes:
Looks like there was a heated discussion related to Kate's culpability in
the deaths of anyone in the bank robbery.
This exchange caught my eye:

So if the bank manager pulls a gun and kills one of the robbers, the
other
three robbers are going to be charged with murder? Please provide a
citation.

I'm bored with you. Do your own research. Or revel in being so
gloriously,
intentionally ignorant and wrong.
Note below that people who commit a felony that results in a murder are all
culpable for murder under California law. Specifically note the last
paragraph of the story about this famous bank robbery by perhaps the
nation's most notorious Far Left terrorist group:
SLA figures arraigned
Three ex-radicals are in Sacramento's jail 26 years after a fatal Carmichael
bank robbery
By Sam Stanton -- Bee Staff Writer
Published 5:34 am PST Saturday, January 19, 2002
With their hands shackled at their waists, former radical activists Emily
and William "Bill" Harris stood accused Friday in Sacramento Superior Court
on charges they killed a bystander during a Carmichael bank robbery 26 years
ago.
"They are not guilty, and we will fight this case," Emily Harris' attorney,
Stuart Hanlon, said after the pair's arraignment in a courtroom inside the
county jail building.
Both Harrises, former Symbionese Liberation Army "soldiers," are among five
suspects charged Wednesday in a 1975 Carmichael bank robbery that left a
customer, 42-year-old Myrna Opsahl, dead from a shotgun wound.
The others are Michael Bortin, a former SLA member who remains in jail in
Portland, Ore., fighting his extradition;and Sara Jane Olson, who was
sentenced Friday in an unrelated Los Angeles case, arraigned in the bank
robbery case and then brought to Sacramento.
James Kilgore, a fifth suspect, has been a fugitive since the 1970s.
All face first-degree murder charges, although officials say they believe
Emily Harris pulled the trigger
