How my wife is sleeping I'll never know
This BTW is the second time in about a month, but last time it didn't
last this long.
Since I can't get to sleep I wanted to share.

What prey tell is 311? We don't have that here in this corner of the
US of A.

Maybe they have connections to the police who let them slide?
What did they say?

Medication? Exhaustion? Some people are less sensitive to noise, too
many subway trips?

Second time? If it's really that loud I'm surprised that there
weren't a huge number of calls.

Thank you.
Can you find out who is doing it? Complain to the building owners?

Some cities have set up 311 for non-emergency calls to police, or to
make complaints/inquiries about city services.

Sorry about that as I posted on a NYC Transit site first, and just
copied and paste.
Its a city service that helps people with other city services

NO WAY, trust me, problem is sometime the local station house just
doesn't want to come over.
I has a situation some years back where some idiot parked his truck
where he blocked the sidewalk, an old lady fell when she had to go
around it. (this was pre 311)Anyway as I was telling the officer about
this he remarked "of what interest is this problem to you?" I replied
"you're kidding aren't you?" I told him about the lady. At last the cops
showed and he got a ticket
They don't need it. Noise offenses would only be a warning the first
time, and a ticket the second or third time.

Beats me anyway this block couldn't plan a trip to the bathroom
One thing I'll say the other block does have a summer party most years
Otherwise you don't every see as much as a yard sale on this block.
