What crimes could George W Bush be charged with now here in the USA for
what he did while POTUS?

I'm not talking about international war crimes before the Hague but only
here in the USA and not in another country.

He's out of public office so he can not be impeached.

In order to charge someone, you need evidence of a crime.

If you turn off Faux news you'll find a boatload of evidence.

Getting elected is not in fact illegal

There is no law in the United States which restricts the President from
starting a war with Congressional authorization.

There is no evidence that Bush was involved in the decision to place any
illegal wire tap.

Not committed on American soil.

Statue of Limitations.

When the Right points out Obama's [alledged misdeeds] often the Left's
response is "What about Bush?".

So my question is what crimes could Bush be charged with now here in the
USA and not before some foreign tribunal or in a foreign country?

When the Left pointed out Bush's [alledged misdeeds] often the Right's
response was "What about Clinton?".

Except when it is based on the lie about WMDs.

The buck stops with the president.

Still committed under Bush..............

IMHO the statute of limitations may have stopped in
the 1970s but started running again in 2004.

I don't think I've heard anyone claim before that he stole the 2004
election.

Btw I did not vote for him in either the 2000 or the 2004 election. I
voted for the Constitution Party candidate.

Your question is only an issue if there are crimes that Obama could be
charged with.

You would need evidence of that.
