Kwai Chang's Wardrobe

Good afternoon,

I am attempting to recreate Kwai Chang's wardrobe from early in the
series. Despite the power of google, I am having a hard time tracking
down certain information. Below is a list of what I have. If you have
any further information, please fill in the blanks! Thanks everyone!

Hat - Light Brown, teardrop Fedora?
Jacket - ???
Shirt - Dark Brown button up shirt (cannot quite tell what material it
is)
Pants - Green jeans?
shoes - ???
Satchel - Custom made felt pehaps?
