Assuming the move of new episodes to 7:30 Eastern will stay in effect
this fall, here is the list of Fox NFL national pre-emptions:

Sep 13
Oct 4
Oct 25
Nov 1
Nov 15
Nov 29
Dec 20
Jan 3

Note that 11/1 will probably be World Series Game 4 night, so Fox
would pre-empt the normal schedule that night anyway.

I thought KOTH was canceled?

There won't be any new episodes started, but enough episodes have been
completed or are in production that they can air one more season - the
same way that Futurama had four "production seasons" (which is why
there are only four "volumes" of the DVDs) but five broadcast seasons.
I'm pretty sure the new schedule will be:
7:00 - American Dad
7:30 - King of the Hill
8:00 - The Simpsons
8:30 - Sit Down, Shut Up
9:00 - Family Guy
9:30 - The Cleveland Show

Speaking of new episodes, starting tonight, new episodes air 30
minutes before The Simpsons instead of 30 minutes after.

I'm sorry to hear that it's gone back that way. The show was often
screwed over before in that 7:30 slot (zero promotion, frequent
pre-emptions)

Yes. One of the reasons it was made was so Fox could have three hours
of original animated programming, at least for one season.
Whether it keeps its current 8:30 timeslot or moves to sometime in the
7-8 hour remains to be seen.

Maybe they will make a Broadway play of the King of the Hill
