Chef "Spike" on Iron Chef

Wasn't Chef "Spike" on Iron Chef March 7 on Bravo's Top Chef series a
couple seasons back? I am pretty sure he was.

I do not remember how he did on Top Chef but he got wooped on Iron
Chef.
