Hi folks,

Watching Homeland on USA tonight and my sis had a question for which I don't
know a good answer...why was Duncan carrying his sword with his backpack (when
he is first seen in Scotland)? Shouldn't it have been safely tucked away in
'katana space'?

Thanks,

Jen

I saw it in "Mountain Men" when Mac started into the woods to find Tessa.
The sherriff saw it and remarked "A sword?!?!!"

And in the second season flashback when he met Mai-Leing Shen, he had it
diagonally across his back with the handle over his shoulder.

I put it down to too much details to keep track of for the cast and crew.
As well as the Official Sword Carrier had the day off.:-)))

Actually, if you read AP's version of the story in the PEACE magazine,
that's a pool cue, since they'd forgotten to bring the sword with them.

Oh, no, are we going there again!?!?!?!?!?!?

Now someone has to do an analysis of the stick shrinkage between Homeland and
Sins of the Father, and how that relates to DM's self-image as a warrior, and
on the effects that shrinkage had on his love-life, or on the effects his love
life had on that shrinkage....

This could get ugly.................................

Hi Peter!

Loved your explanation of pool cues, sticks
and balls.

There's always room for one more in the
gutter....especially a male! When you
jump in, you really jump in with both feet.

Okay, everybody, shift over a little to make room for Peter and his
sticks. We don't
want him to have to screw anything.......
unless he wants to. Some Nutella,

He great another guy in the gutter and an Amanda fan, too. It's been lonely
down here on the bottom. You need to get a request for an Amanda clone into
the Evil Mad Scientist Dawn before she becomes a lawyer. I would recommend
a Turkish dancing girl model. Those other skills are a killer. If you go
for a later model, be careful if she wants to show you something involving a
trapeze. My back still occasionally acts up from that one. If you are
going to spend a lot of time down here one of those floating lounge chairs
are highly recommended. Make sure you put your name on it. People are
always dropping down and these women will steal you blind. I have
discovered if you put the seat up on it they will leave it alone.

Hey, John? That thing with the Amanda clone and the trapeze, did that
involve playing The Nutcracker Suite for accompanyment?
