LG to "Parenthood"?

Lauren Graham to be on "Parenthood"?! Could the best TV mom ever be
returning to the small screen!!
Of course this character will probably be slightly less zany then (sic) the
wonderful Loralai (sic) Gilmore but Lauren Graham could use another gig
mostly just because we love her so and she does weird movies that look good
but about five people see. Anyway, since the great Maura Tierney had to drop
out of the much anticipated "Parenthood" TV show (she was diagnosed with
breast cancer this summer) the show has been scrambling for a replacement
who will be pretty much carrying the show alongside Peter Krause. Dax
Sheperd also stars but no one should depend on Dax Sheperd for anything.
Helen Hunt was apparently in talks to star but they couldn't figure out a
contract. Now Lauren is apparently in final talks to star as the recently
divorced mother of two teenageish children. Lauren is a little bit peppier
than Maura but you know she has the toughness. Could this mean a possible
guest-starring appearance from Alexis Bledel?!
I agree about her movies. The biggest one she was in was "Bad
Santa." And I don't see where it did that much for her career. And of
course I agree she needs to be back on TV. If it happens, I just hope it's
a decent show. Maybe Amy could write an episode or two.
