#3 - Red Light on a Wedding Night

The opening montage with Rory in the hard hat from previous episode was
gone, back to the same a #1/
Max was having his apartment painted so Lor talked him into spending the
night a her house, saying it was son going to be his. So they must have
decided that he would live in SH.
Lor, Rory and Max went to Luke's. He gave them all large red cups. The
scene shifted and they had blue cups; another shift and they were back to
red.
Lorelai's bachelor party was at a drag club. Lorelai called Christopher
to tell him she was getting married. Don't know why, but since he didn't
know - why not? Emily was there and telling every one about her wedding to
come and that every night she would sneak and put on her wedding dress.
Argument between Max and Lor about her not having house keys for him
made - she keeps forgetting.
Luke made a hoopa for Lorelai and Max's wedding.
Lorelai wakes up Rory, telling her to pack for a road trip - the wedding
is off because she didn't want to put on her wedding dress every night.

#4 - Road Trip to Harvard
Lor & Ror are driving to somewhere. They end up at the Cheshire Cat B&B.
They are trapped in their room to avoid all the other B&B-ers.
In bed L&R argue about why Lorelai called off the wedding. She admits to
Rory she didn't really love Max. - “I wish I did love him, you have no idea
how much.”
The next day they manage to get away and end up at Harvard. They walk
the grounds, go into one of the dorm rooms, and while Lorelai goes to the
bathroom, Rory sits in on one of the classes and answers a question, and
argues a bit. Lorelai is looking at the photos of the past Valedictorians,
paying particular attention to the one for 1990 - evidently the year she
should have graduated from college if she hadn't gotten pregnant...and
finished school and college.
They come back to SH. At Friday night dinner Lorelai is showing slides
of Harvard, and tells Emily the wedding is off. Emily's only response is
that she'll have to return the wedding gift.
Lorelai decides the time is right for her and Sookie to move forward on
getting their own inn.
