Does anybody notice that Xanfan's Supershow 8000 is down at the moment?
I think it's because Kris Lane is upgrading his computer. Right?

No, didn't notice. I don't have time or concern to monitor the connection
status of every single game show site out there like you apparently do.

That's what it says on xanfan.com, in so many words, yes. Or else the guy is
just moving the site somewhere else. I'm sure it'll be up when it's up.

No. <goes to xanfan.com> OMG, it is down! Contact the authorities! Get a
news crew out here stat!

> I think it's because Kris Lane is upgrading his computer. Right?

Wrong, unless Kris runs his own web server, and I know he doesn't. The note
on Kris' site explains everything. There was no reason to query why Kris'
site is down.

For those that haven't gone there, the message reads, "SuperShow 8000 is
currently doing a server transfer. The entire conversion will be taking
place for a few days, starting on Tuesday, May 14 and ending on
approximately Friday, May 17th. During this time, none of the files will be
online for view or download. The pages should return sometime during the
late night hours on Friday, May 17th, and they will all be availible once
again by that Saturday morning. With almost 6 times more space available to
use, you can expect many more video files, a brand new audio archive, a much
larger photo gallery, and 'a lot more schtuff' to happen in future weeks.
Plus, the new unlimited data transfer rate will help keep my costs lower as
well. Thank you for your patience during transfering." In short, Kris is
moving from one web host to another. Shit happens. Life goes on.

Apparently not for Mr. Ludwig...he's probably mourning the 3-day loss of the page...

What? He doesn't have the page cached? Shame on him.

Truly, what is the next step for him? Mentioning page updates?

Seriously, this has gone too far... he needs help, and fast.
