I saw a few of them, but they didn't appear to be jokes names.  Other
than Chester Z Arthur of course.

Did anyone notice any names of significance?  What about the british
nobility names?  Anything there?

Apparently, one future U.S. President will be named Amelia Pond.  I assume
she's an American descendant of the Amelia Pond who travels with her husband
Rory Williams in the TARDIS.  

(She can't be the same one, because Amy Pond from Doctor Who isn't eligible
for that office and it doesn't look like her anyway.)

Maybe it includes "Presidents of Earth".
