That'll be one hell of a fiesta - the gays really know how to throw a

No, I don't know him. My only contacts in NC are at WSSU. Looks like
he's doing some interesting stuff.
The victim service providers in NC are having trouble because they don't
have enough translators. I guess there are few second generation
Latinos old enough to provide translating skills, so they're having
trouble reaching out to that population.

I went to grad school with him. I can't remember where he is from, but we
always had those laid-back conversations you get with international
academics. He's a real charming guy.
His PhD was in Human Resource Develpment with an emphasis on economic
development in so-called third world societies. He was appointed by Governor
Hunt as liason to the hispanic community but he is now working with El
Pueblo.
