Mike and Lucas are half brothers, fathered by Bill Horton.
Austin and Billie were both fathered by Curtis Reed. Therefore,
they are in no way related.

Hi there. Mike and Billie aren't related in any way. Mike ad Lucas
are, however. Mike and Lucas have the same father, where Lucas and
Billie have different fathers.
Okay, I have missed the past few episodes of Days, so could someone let
me know what Vivian and Ivan are up to? I only caught half of ity.

Jenn is Mike's sister and Austin is Billie's brother, as Lucas is also
her half brother. Isn't Lucas related to Mike and Jenn by their
father?

Bill + Laura = Mike & Jennifer
Kate + Curtis = Austin & Billie
Kate + Bill = Lucas

In that order I believe.

No. Mike's parents are Laura and Bill. Billie's parents are Kate and
Curtis. Lucas is Mike's half brother only because Lucas's parents are
Kate and Bill.
