DS mention in new book

the introduction, the author says:
"I had been watching One Life To Live for a little over a year at this
point. My habit started with my tuning in to General Hospital early
each day and growing intrigued by what I was seeing in OLTL's final few
minutes. Thinking back, I must have seen minutes of the show here and
there when I was a kid tuning into Dark Shadows early."
Boy, I could certainly relate to tthat! I have very vivid memories of
OLTL and DS being back-to-back in the afternoons (OLTL was a half-hour
show then), and the OLTL logo with those eerie flames behind it. They
showed it last week during OLTL's big 40th anniversary episodes. Even
though I've always been more into GH than OLTL, that memory stuck with
me...
