If I'm remembering the right storyline, it is, in fact, Roxanne.

There's a hilarious scene during the destruction of Collinwood where one
of the zombies destroying the place tears down a curtain and throws it
behind him and it lands on top of another zombie who has to stop being
one momentarily until he removes the curtain from himself and then
reverts back to a zombie again.
Like that guy in Jurassic Park, I hate it when I'm always right...
Pity for poor Barnabus though; he finally is reunited with... well,
the second love of his life, and she turns out to be another blood
sucker. That guy just can't win. :-)

Ah, yes; one of the perils of filming live! I've read about this
infamous scene in the Wikipedia article on Dark Shadows. I hope to be
able to buy that set sometime in the near future.

It was Roxanne. Before 1840, Willie goes to stake her, but refrains
when he finds that it's Barnabas' latest True Love. They seal her in
her coffin in the Old House basement, while they decide what to do
with her, and she's still there when Barnabas I-Chings back to 1840.
No mention of her when they return, but since history has been changed
so that she died in 1840, she's no longer there, of course.
No, the real question is how she became the vampire in the first
place. In the "first" timeline, Barnabus was freed in 1968 and didn't
attack Roxanne--yet she was a vampire when he and Julia got back from
their future and parallel time in 1971; so, who sired her?
In the altered past of 1840, Barnabus did turn Roxanne into a vampire
but she was shortly thereafter killed-- so she couldn't-- didn't--
live to be in the 1960s...
Quite an enigma that.
