How would you save Nickelodeon?

Now, as it's been seen for the past 9 months now, Nick isn't doing
good in ratings. People simply aren't tuning in for some reason. Some
say it's Netflix or the internet, some say it's Nick's scheduling for
it's animation & live-action shows, & some say that it's just out of
Nick's control entirely. Plus, it's pretty obvious that Nick isn't
thriving here on the boards as well. So, why do you think Nickelodeon
is going through this after so many years of success? More
importantly, if you had a position of power at Nick, how would you
resolve these problem?

Honestly, I think they need to do some kind of "retro" block once in a while. Show some of their older shows and cartoons. (Rugrats, Pete and Pete, Salute Your Shorts, etc.) That seems to be what a lot of other entities are doing to help boost themselves.
