Has Nickelodeon surpassed Cartoon Network?

So in the world of animated children shows of the big three,
Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney and this sub networks, the
news I have been hearing lately. It seems Nickelodeon is really ready
to take off as the top cable networks for new kids animated shows.

First I hear Cartoon Network cancels Young Justice and Green Lantern.
Now I hear the shows Nickelodeon and will have.

They have the Dragon Ball franchise, TMNT, the Legend Of Korra, and
coming soon Yu Gi Oh, and Digimon, what a lineup in the Nickelodeon
networks, they are stepping up their game, while Cartoon Network takes
a step back, no only did they candel YJ and GL, but they are losing
Star Wars Clone Wars to Disney.

I think Nickelodeon is in the process of being the best channel for
childrens animated action shows, I guess if you count Adult Swim's
Toonami, CN might still be number one, but I don't know if that counts.
