A Corona Man is suing Paramount and the Brady Bunch

A 55-year old Corona, California, Partridge Family fan who insists
that the "Real Live Brady Bunch" gives the Bradys too much
disproportionately preferential treatment when the Columbia
counterpart of the day, "The Partridge Family", produced by "Screen
Gems", currently known for the theatrical flicks "Easy A" and
"Obsessed", hasn't had the same recognition, is suing the Viacom/
Paramount folks for overfranchsing and for overpromoting the slighly
earlier-established Bradys.
A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Steve Bosell who is represented by
Delores Blasingame of Riverside, California, says that "The Real Live
Partridge Family" or for originality, "The Partridge Family Get Groovy
on Stage" should be a "groovy" idea, with a Sony Pictures flick (at
one time supposedly actually tossed around) still a possiblity away,
with maybe Courtney-Thorne Smith as "Shirley", Vanessa Hudgens as
"Laurie", Zac Efron as "Danny", "My Sister's Keeper", "Definitely,
Maybe","Nim's Island", & "Little Miss Sunshine" actress Abigail
Breslin as "Tracey",
her brother Spencer as "Chris", and Daryl Sabara of Disney/Miramax's
and Robert Rodriquez's Troublemaker studio's hit franchise "Spy
kids" [to Alexa Vega's older sister] as "Danny", of the family, and
Paul Rudd [of the Judd Apatow stock company and the 1995 "Clueless"]
as "Reuben Kincaid".
"At least that will take the edge off my hard feelings", said
Mr.Bosell, of B&B Construction company, "as, no offence to the Bradys,
but they get all the merchandise, all the cultish fansidom, yet the
Partridges made groovy records, had groovy activist causes, and yet---
and yet---and yet---and YET---there is not the same manifestation of
THE PARTRIDGE FAMILY that there si with the BRADYS".
"We are going to have a groovy bus, and Steve Bosell's family is gonna
ride inside and it will say, "Come now, Come on Get groovy", Delores
Blasingame, the Riverside, California based attorney who has
represented Mr.B and her family April, has promised", and the bus will
be authorized byt Columbia Pictures/Sony Pictures and it will have
"I .,..Think I( love You" blaring out, and Susan Dey, David Cassidy et
al of the original Screen Gems production will ride. The stars of
earlier SG shows like The Monkees, and Sally Field and her Gidget gal
pal Lynette Winter, are being considered.". Steve Bosell himself will
drive the groovy exactly the 4 speed stick shift bus, not the one in
the show which is in downtown Vegas in the promenade exteneding from
the old 1940s Fremont shopping center, but close. It will be painted
and cruise all over USA. However, Roy Hutchins, a neighbor in Steve's
Corona, Calif. neighbourhood says.."It will never fly, that partridge
bird--the Bradys drugs are higher flying."
