Meanwhile, on Earth, in real life, mental and physical violence turns
out much more often to be on the part of religious homophobes. There's
something wrong with their brains that makes them want to interfere in
the peaceful lives of millions of people they don't even know, as well
as to beat holy Jesus into their own miserable children; and all the
while they crow about how they're doing something grand and righteous.
It's creepy and funny that they never catch on. Too bad for their kids,
of course.
Gay men make as good parents as heterosexual couples. By any measure,
lesbians make the best parents of all. Gay parents' children grow up to
be gay in exactly the same numbers as the children of heterosexual
couples do. These are well-established facts.
As for the sin of it, BB, consider that your focus is narrow and
arbitrary; you're not following most of what your holy book of
children's stories tells you to do. You're told by your Bible in no
uncertain terms to /kill/ your own children if they sass back. And
you're told to not eat pork or lobster or crab, and to not wear clothing
made of two different fibers, nor to eat chicken meat and eggs at the
same meal. Mayonnaise is made of eggs, so a chicken sandwich is just as
much of an abomination in the eyes of Jehovah as a man lying with a man.
And so on. Have you even /read/ that book?
There are other books. If you really need to base your behavior on one,
pick one that makes you kind and tolerant and able to see reason.

Thanks, Marco. You said it very well for all of us who despise BB's
intolerance against homosexuals. (BTW, I'm not gay myself. I've
enjoyed all 50+ years of heterosexual marriage to a wonderful woman,
and the rewarding parenthood that resulted from it.)
