Just a wild guess here, but...

...the appeals court will dismiss the case, and threaten Ms Taitz
with another well deserved fine if she continues to waste their
time.

Can you guys just, you know, stop? It was stupid enough before.
Now it's just pathetic and embarrassing.

Do you habitually stand downwind of noxious odors?

Yes. When attempting to guard yourself from dangerous beasts, downwind
so you can smell their approach is best ...

Does seem counter intuitive, at first ...

Salient part of article:

"Taitz was ordered by a federal judge in Georgia two years ago to pay
a $20,000 fine, calling her lawsuit against the president frivolous
and the litigation an attempt to misuse the court system to push a
political agenda. "

Well, seems like the word of gawd alright ...

And then, you look up facts and figures. You find experts on the prison
system estimating that somewhere around ~25% - ~30% of prisoners are
"innocent."

Then you realize a BS court action to shut down the right of the people
to seek recourse to crimes in the court!

The article left out that in addition to the fine, Captain Rhodes
fired
Taitz and threatened her with legal action for filing motions without
her knowledge or approval - and for generally being a nut.

No, the court action freed the court to with crimes and legitimate
grievances rather than waste it's time on headline-grabbing nutcases.

No, it seems like the word of the court regarding a
frivolous case brought before the court. Because that's
exactly what it is...

Do yourself a favor and research "frivolous lawsuit" and
"standing". The courts are not required to waste time on
suits with no merit. She got off too easy.

It is far from settled, they are in the attempt of getting the courts to
correct the error as we speak:

We are awaiting the courts decision now, to determine future actions.

Yeah, they sure are. I wonder what family members say behind their

amusing in a sad sort of way. Laughs for us, and total mortification for
his family. WTJoe's family must have just written him off long ago, and
deny any connection to him.

Isn't there some way that after the 'case' has been thrown out that
those who brought the 'case' can't be prosecuted for wasting the court
time, sued for the defamations and libels they will have committed
throughout the 'trial' and be put on some form of register as insane/
enemy of the state ?

It was never even unsettled, Johnny KQQK.

Hint: http://static.politifact.com.s3.amazonaws.com/graphics/birthCertObama.jpg

That ended it and in fact made history when Obama became the FIRST and
ONLY presidential candidate EVER to document his proven eligibility.

Hint: Case was closed when it began. There is no doubt that Obama,
unlike McCain, was born on US soil.

Ms. Taitz has already been fined for wasting the court's time,
and presumably if she were to continue to file the
same case, the punishment could get worse.

However, since this new case challenges the *long form*
birth certificate, it's a new case, and I think she can
bring it once before invoking the court's wrath.

On the other hand, since every (sane) person involved
has consistently maintained that this document is
just to entertain the birthers, and has no legal
bearing on Obama's citizenship or legitimacy, I
guess there's a chance she could get slapped with
something right out of the gate.

Let's hope.

I wonder how they got that appeal up to the 9th circuit so fast. Of
course they did pick the proper court for it, the 9th circuit is known
for its outlandish rulings. If you can't win there, you are really
lame.

Actually, correct, the 9th is full of loonies, however they are radical
democan worshipping loonies ... it will be a difficult swing ...
probably have to take it to the supreme court.

Yep. Isn't the 9th (in)famous for having the most rulings
