Yes they are. That is the entire *crux* of DA Lacy's decision... the
entire point of it is that the second identifiable DNA sample was from
skin cell recovery and not from a fluid sample and therefore it is
99.44% (not literally, a play on Ivory soap) certain that the two
specimens, which match, are the those of the murderer.

A man is in the hospital this morning after an early morning shooting. It
happened about four near the intersection with Oak Street and Stanton
Avenue in Walnut Hills.
A man had been struck in the shoulder and grazed on the face by a
