Here is a rare occurance: Daddy who violently shook his 22 DAY old male slave
to death, is found guilty and gets a LIFE prison sentence. This is very rare,
in most cases like this, the Daddy manages to plea bargain down to a child
abuse or manslaughter count, and almost NEVER winds up serving more that 5
years in the slammer. Daddy Ed chose to plead guilty to second degree murder,
and received no type of favorable plea bargain deal at all.
IMO, this is most likely due to ineffectual counsel. Daddy Ed has received a
Life prison sentence. I THINK he probably agreed to this guilty plea because
prosecutors were threatening to see the DEATH PENALTY against him, if he chose
to go to trial. But the FACT is, there is a less than 1% chance that any jury
would vote to impose a legal murder upon a Daddy who only killed his legally
owned piece of human property.
I think Daddy Ed should have REFUSED to plead guilty to second degree
murder, unless he could get a DEAL under which his sentence would be NO MORE
than 10 years in the slammer, at most. If prosecutors refused to make such a
deal, Daddy Ed should have bitten the bullet and insisted upon going to trial.
Juries are usually VERY lenient towards slaveowners who kill their slaves, and
despite the fact that Ed DOES have a previous history of abusing children, he
very likely would have been treated leniently by a jury. He probably is still
eligible for parole, although it's unclear how many years of this Life sentence
he'll have to serve before becoming eligible.
We learn below that this is Daddy's Ed's THIRD conviction on child-slave
abuse charges. In 1989, he was found guilty of FRACTURING the SKULL of his
infant son, who DIED later on, of respiratory failure. A year later, in 1990,
he was found guilty of deliberately breaking the leg of a DIFFERENT infant
slave, a 3 month old girl. But of course he was STILL allowed to have full
access to yet ANOTHER slave, appropriately named Joey, and this is the 22 day
old boy that he violently shook to death in 1994 and just received a Life
prison term for killing.
The fact is, your society CHOSE to sanction, enable, and facilitate ALL THREE
of these violent assaults upon slaves that Daddy Ed committed. The LAST one,
resulting in the death of 22 day old Joey, simply PROVES, beyond any doubt,
that your society acts with FULL MALICE AFORETHOUGHT, in terms of deliberately
choosing to allow helpless babies and children to be slaughtered by their
creators.
Take care, JOE

Dad Gets Life For Baby's Death
08/25/98
Reuters
(MIAMI) -- A ``shaken baby'' death has landed an abusive Hialeah father in
prison for life. Miami prosecutors indicated they planned to seek the death
penalty against Ed Fajardo (fah-HAR-doh) for violently shaking his 22-day-old
son Joey. The infant died on Christmas Eve 1994. Fajardo has been sentenced to
a life term after pleading guilty to second-degree murder. He was originally
charged with first-degree murder. This is Fajardo's third conviction for child
abuse. Court records show that in 1989 he fractured the skull of an infant son
who died later from chronic respiratory problems. Fajardo also was convicted of
aggravated child abuse for breaking the leg of three-month- old Alexis Fajardo
in 1990.
