Just FYI really... Just booked some flights with EZY for next year, and it seems they have increased their hand luggage permitted size (not that it was enforced anyway) from the old 55x40x20 to IATA 56x45x25. Another move in the business-ification of their airline, I guess - or just an admission of what was actually happening on the ground?... more »

Friend of a friend is flying to Madrid and back during the proposed BA strike period. His booking is with Iberia. The outward flight is an Iberian flight but the return is a codeshare with BA. - and would appear to be a BA operated flight. If this flight is a cancelled, will Iberia have to get him back to London?... more »

I see the Rian Air web site now advertises their MasterCard Pre-Paid card which is issued via Newcastle Building Society. Applying for it seems to have to be done without seeing the full terms and conditions, but Rian Air spokesman says its good, so that's alright then. It is available to Irish and UK residents.... more »
