Vintage MOTU figure variant

I have an original 80's motu "Man-At-Arms" that is different than any
other I have found on the net, and I cant find a MOTU archive. I'm not
sure if this is a Rare variant or not but I have not found one that
has red dots on his helmet (there are 4 total, 2 in the front & 2 in
the back). On the back of the figure is says: "© Mattel Inc 1981
TAIWAN".
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
