- Shin Hibiki
I hope it shows up on BitTorrent because I don't get TV reception
anymore after the digital switchover occurred.
I saw a few episodes. I saw the 1st movie & thought it was horrid.

...What's wrong with you? The first movie is a masterpiece.

A big major special like this? Involving something nerdly like the
Ninja Turtles? 'Created in 2009?' (That's the big one.) I wouldn't be
surprised if it's out 'now' as of one PM EST.
I had already seen the trailer but I was given to understand that it
was created as an April Fool's prank, and did not advertise any
existing crossover. Hmm. Thanks for setting me straight!

Just finished watching it and loved it. I really like all the nods to
the different incarnations of Turtles (Tokka and Rahzar for instance).
primustf - wonders what it would be like it they did the same thing with
Transformers?

Best. TMNT. Ever. (Toons and movies, anyway.)

The fan club Universe comics and text stories have always had
a lot of potential in that area and have done some OK crossovers, but
they've yet to really go all-out with it. (But what would be left to
say if they did?)

next 3 weekends for those that missed it)
You live in Connecticut? If so, it's not that surprising. The Hartford
Archdiocese has held the 10-11am spot (7 days a week) since before Ch. 20
changed their call letters. This was long before they were a network
affiliate, much less aired Saturday Morning cartoons.
I managed to find one torrent this morning. It was indeed a great
special and I hope there is a DVD or Blu-Ray of it in the near future.
It is. I'm having trouble getting my usual suspects to give me a release
date, though.
No, Atlanta. The CW affiliate here shows the Saturday stuff on Sunday
for some reason.
That would be nice to hear when you find out. I know a lot of the TMNT
stuff is up in the air now that they've been sold. There was going to
be a TMNT Universe guidebook for example, but now that has been canceled.
t.k.

Possibly me? I'm still looking for one, sadly.
