"villain," sort of like how they were referring to The Fallen as
simply "alien form." Points for at least trying to be mysterious,
though it's just as likely they simply hadn't settled on his final

Also found some new Power Core Combiners (price point $9.97). I don't
think this will be related to the movie toy line at all, but some of
the names are very interesting to me:
TRA BACKFIRE W SPIK (UPC 65356958971)
TRA ICE PICK W CHAO (UPC 65356958972)
TRA THDRHD TUNGSTE (UPC 65356958973)

REVERB W DETOUR (UPC 65356960551)
CRSSHAIRS CAHNA (UPC 65356960552)
Not only are those a lot of familiar names from the good ol' G1 days,
but they seem to be culling at least a handful of Minicon partner
names from the G1 cartoon. Spike *and* Sparkplug? Cahnay, as in
Auggie Cahnay? Veddy interestink!

thanks for the list,it was a interesting read.
I really like that the Scouts are being treated as giant Legends toys.
I don't know why this pleases me so much, but it does. All these
Legends and Scouts are going to add up pretty quickly...
I am a little unsure why you are so excited to see Powerglide's name,
since the toy itself will have so little to do with the G1 character
that it is just a reference to maybe a similar altmode. Have you begun
to like the Movie line or something?
> I am a little unsure why you are so excited to see Powerglide's name,

Yeah, I'm sure movie Powerglide will have little or nothing to do with
G1 Powerglide. It's just a knee-jerk reflex—I see a familiar name and
I get happy. And I do like the movie toys enough to want to buy all
the on-screen characters, for whatever that's worth. (Come to think
of it, I'd probably better start saving up for when the Dark of the
Moon toys start hitting stores...)

It would be kinda cool to see a proper scale deluxe sized powerglide
toy for the DOTM TF3 toy line. one thing I love about the live action
TF movie toys is that the majority of the toys are based off either
liscensed cars or realistic army army alt modes. I'm kinda intrigued
to see how the DOTM Powerglide toy will be designed. hopefully they
get the colors & alt mode right on the nail.
I noticed in your walmart listings that there's going to be a
thundercracker deluxe sized DOTM toy. so my guess is thundercracker is
a repaint using the starscream toy mold. it would be kinda cool to see
starscream in the DOTM movie has his own seekers group that he's in
charge of.
I'm happy that hasbro didn't cancel the $29.99 HA toy line. I noticed
a few new figures in the walmart listings that zob supplied inn this
thread. hopefully we get a few non-movie $29.99 HA toys,my choices
would be lockdown,arcee,chromedome,hotrod,AEC Hotshot.
I'm hoping we get a few ROTF $29.99 HA repaints in DOTM/TF3 like Prowl
using the barricade toy mold. G-1 Red colored sideswipe. G-1 white
+racing decals jazz.
I'm most excited about the ultimate DOTM Optimus Prime that combines
with his trailer for a super robot mode. As the previous toy lines
optimus combining with his trailers have been more miss than hit.
armada prime was the best design & most G-1 looking but the lack of
poseability killed the toy for most fans. Energon was the worst as
everything was awful. CR/Rid Prime was awesome but it was a fire truck
& not tractor trailer truck. Cybertron prime looked great but it
cheated as the legs extended & didn't use any trailer parts to gain
height. most of the trailer went on the back pack of cybetron prime. I
FEEL WITH DOTM Ultimate Prime THEIR IS HOPE TO GET THE COMBINING TOY
RIGHT & TO EVOKE A G-1 Vibe.
I won't be buying any legends nor basics & will be extremly choosy
with my selection of deluxes I buy in DOTM. I won't buy any skids/
mudflap toys nor any ultimate/leader sized bumblebee toys as their
oversized & I never like the bumblebee character that much in the
whole 26 Years worth of the francise.
I always was a fan of the DOTM/TF3 toys because their designed for a
higher kid buying age & a bit more for adults/fans.
