============================= 2. NOTES ===================================
Items sorted by allegiance, first Autobots, then Decepticons. Both item
groups are then sorted by production year stated on toy.
Many people describe the condition of their TF's using some sort of
'c#' grading system. I don't quite understand it (yet), so I've
invented my own system. [s10] is for 'State: Mint' and [s0] is
for 'State: Very poor), where [s5] is 'State: Used, but
presentable'. Please note that this goes only for the toy itself,
not box, instructions, tech specs etc.
All TF's marked with [*] are NOT for sale, those with [@] maybe (depends
on buyers offer), [$] marks the sold items. The rest, marked [-],
are unconditionally for sale.
All text in quotation marks ("") are Transformer names (not groups).
All 'Classic'-TF's seems to be exact replicas of the originals (same
mold, same color scheme) EXCEPT for box colors (gold and red
instead of black), presence of rub marks/rub mark indent and toy
manufacturing information (no mention of Takara or place of
manufacturing). Packaged in the UK and only marketed in Europe.
NOTE: Sunstreaker was supposed to be marketed in Australia only,
but apparently also found his way to Denmark.
Unless noted, all parts described are the originals that came in the
original package, and all parts are in excellent/mint condition.
This list is written and maintained by Martin Lund. This list may not

Description: Much paint wear. Much sticker wear. No rub mark. Spanish.
Maybe Diaclone repackaged in Spanish TF-box.
Includes: "Restored" tech specs in spanish.
Comment: Pretty slick toy actually, but quite worn. How come some
TF's are copyrighted '82 or even '83? I thought '80 and
'84 were the only key production years?

"Bluestreak" Autobot Vehicle. [s3] [-]

Accessories: Complete. 2 missile launchers, 3 missiles, 1 gun.
Description: Grey version. Some paint wear on metal. Heavy paint wear
on hub caps and gun. Some stickers quite worn. Clear
plastic quite scratched. One missile launcher disassembled
and 1 missile glued permanent to it; all inner parts
present except one spring. No rub mark. Spanish. Maybe
Diaclone repackaged in Spanish TF-box.
Includes: Instructions (with pictures of blue prototype
"Bluestreak") and tech specs in spanish.
Comment: One of my first spanish TF's, and one of my favourite
vehicles.

"Ratchet" Autobot Vehicle. [s4] [-]

Accessories: Complete. 1 gun, 1 gun holder, 3 missiles.
Description: Metal paint worn. Rubber wheels cracked. Damage at hip
joint. Silver parts worn. Stickers worn. Gun worn. Has red
cross on roof (only known on original japanese release?).
No rub mark. Spanish. Maybe Diaclone repackaged in Spanish
TF-box.
Includes: Instructions and tech specs in spanish.
Comment: My dad accidentially stepped on him, therefore the damaged
hip joint. It's not broken or anything, but it gives some
trouble in vehicle mode (the front tends to bend
downways).

"Sunstreaker" Autobot Classic Vehicle. [s7] [-]

Description: Minimum paint wear on windows. Some paint wear on engine
top. Some sticker wear. Rub mark. UK. 1 box flap torn.
Back side of box bended a bit (C-shaped).
Includes: Original instructions and box; no interior packaging.
Comment: Pretty cool car and robot forms. Supposedly only marketed
in Australia, but how come I've got one, then? And hey,
THIS box isn't faded, like most of my others...

"Snarl" Autobot Dinobot. [s7] [-]

Description: Some loose joints, stickers worn, but complete. Hind right
leg repaired fairly. No rub mark. Possibly Spanish. Bought
second hand. Maybe Diaclone repackaged in Spanish TF-box.
Includes: Nothing.
Comment: Missing at least a gun and a sword, but I'm not sure. The
2 missiles were hidden in his chest compartment. I
remember when my local toy store had bought a large stock
of him along with "Grimlock"s and "Fortres Maximus"s. I
really wanted "Grimlock" at that time, but couldn't
afford him... (who cares anyway?).

"Hoist" Autobot Vehicle. [s7] [-]

Accessories: Complete. 2 fists, 2 dual missiles, 2 single missiles, 1
multisensor, 1 car carrier, 2 radar "wings".
Description: Some paint wear on silver parts, much sticker wear. Face
not resembling that shown on box (error?). No rub mark.
Spanish. Maybe Diaclone repackaged in Spanish TF-box.
Includes: Original box and instructions in spanish; no interior
packaging. Box has danish price tag, and is missing
plastic windows on front; worn, but presentable.
Comment: Pretty slick car, actually. Also, a real collector's item
with the box and all the accessories still present. My
guess is (since I haven't seen a real one) that the box is
exactly like the original US, except the language. Is it
only this spanish version that has this deformed face, or
what?

Comment: My first TF (bought around '85/'86), but actually quite
dull (to me!). Make me an offer.

"Silverbolt" Autobot Classic Aerialbot Leader. [s7] [-]

sticker wear. Left leg broken at hip; present, but not
repairable (?). Rub mark. UK.
Includes: Original box and instructions; no interior packaging. Box
faded some places (front), otherwise fine; has danish
price tag.
Comment: Did you know "Silverbolt" could transform into some sort
of lift-off ramp? Well, I sure didn't until I bought him!

"Blurr" Autobot Targetmaster. [s3] [*]

Description: Targetmaster: "Haywire". Faded. Stickers worn or missing.
Rub mark not usable. Shield scratched. French/Dutch.
Includes: Instructions and tech specs in french and dutch.
Comment: My second TF. I just love those old Target- and Head-
masters, even though his condition is so poor. Rumor has
it, that the TF's from 1987 didn't include any metal
parts, but this one's got metal legs. Is that only a
rumor or what? Originally included one of the 1984-1986
catalogs (see below).

"Springer" Autobot Classic Tripplechanger. [s9] [-]

Description: Little sticker wear. Some paint wear on vehicle exhaust
pipe, gun and sword. No rub mark (error?), but has indent
on roof. UK.
Includes: Original box, instructions and used sticker sheet; no
interior packaging. Box faded a bit and worn a bit.
Comment: Actually quite a collector's item set, and pretty slick in
all three modes AND a major character in the cartoon and
movie!

"Repugnus" Autobot Monsterbot. [s8] [@]

Description: Antennae (?) broken off. Monster eyes scratched. No
stickers. No rub mark. US (maybe japanese?).

Comment: My girlfriend found him for me at a jumble sale and bought
him for $0.75! He's quite cool in robot mode, although I
wish I had his accessories. The mechanics in the monster
head are really cool. Isn't he supposed to have a rub
mark? Why is there japaneese print on him? He's quickly
becoming one of my favourites now...

"Landmine" Autobot Pretender. [s6] [@]

Description: Some sticker wear on robot. 2 stickers missing on shell's
shoulders. Some paint wear on shell at head, backside,
feet, hands and hips. Belt broken on one side. Saber
crooked. No rub mark. US.
Includes: Instructions and tech specs.
Comment: The vehicle mode of the robot is awful, but the humanoid
shell looks pretty cool, even though the arms are the
only parts that move. I don't know ... make me an offer.

"Optimus Prime" Autobot Powermaster. [s5] [-/@]
(C) Hasbro / Takara 1987 THAILAND.

Accessories: Complete. 2 cannons, 2 rifles, 1 head, 1 Powermaster.
Description: Powermaster: "HiQ". Faded in trailer mode. Right hind
wheel broken off; repairable. Little sticker wear. Truck
front scratched. Dusty/dirty. No rub mark. US.
Includes: Instructions and tech specs.
Comment: I'm not sure. "Prime"'s always a key character to have,
but this Powermaster stuff isn't easy to relate to (I
kinda hated it as a kid and I still do). The PM isn't even
the same size as the old 1987 HM's and TM's. Actually, all
the 1988 TM's, HM's and PM's are different sizes. Go
figure!

"Quickswitch" Autobot Six Changer. [s10] [-]

Description: No usage visible (a bit dusty). No rub mark. US.
Includes: Tech specs.
Comment: No instructions nor stickers included when bought boxed
originally (error?). Actually in mint condition. My guess
is, that the stickers and instructions were removed by
some stupid kid at the toy store, who just wanted to take
a look at him. I remember the box to have 5 photographs
on the front of all the 5 non-robot modes, and no plastic
window nor top flap and styrofoam interior.

"Siren" Autobot Headmaster. [s5] [*]

Description: Headmaster: "Quig". Small tap broken on head. Seat worn.
Stickers faded and worn, but complete. No rub mark. US.

Comment: My favourite TF. "Siren" is VERY slick in both car and
robot mode, and the HM (although a bit broken) fits
perfectly into the driver's seat and then into the car.
I remember just before I bought him, that I had a good,
long look at a "Mindwipe"-box, but thought that a bat
with a human "driver" to be stupid. Now, I would give my
right arm for a "Mindwipe", although I wouldn't trade him
for "Siren". Originally included the other 1984-1986
catalog (see below).

Comment: The Micro Machines of the TF's. I think this is my MM set
with the metallic ink logo (looks pretty neat).

Comment: I went home one weekend and found several TF boxes. But I
haven't made any serious analysis on the toy, sorry! This
is all based on memory.

Comment: I always wanted "Grimlock", but never got the 1984 model,
and the Pretender version looked plain old stupid, so I
got this.

Comment: I don't know why I bought him, because I had at that
point decided, that I would only buy AM's that were
remakes of old, well-known TF's. Oh, well...

Decscription: Mini tank: "Vanguard". Minimum wear on chest sticker,

price tag. Board quite torn on front.
Comment: I've recently learned, that this AM wasn't released in the
US. Well, all I can say is, that he's as cool as those
text-files I've read about those AM's make him.

Description: Mixer: "Takedown"; bulldozer: "Neutro"; payloader:
"Groundpounder"; crane: "Crumble". Minimal paint wear on
mixer. All a bit dirty from outside playing. No rub marks.

Includes: Original backing board without plastic cover; board a bit
bended and torn on front.
Comment: What's to say? They can all easily be cleaned with water
and a toothbrush.

Description: Some paint wear. Most stickers quite worn/torn. Loose arm
joints and loose chest joint. One blaster top broken; can
easily be repaired. No rub mark. Spanish. Maybe Diaclone
repackaged in Spanish TF-box.
Includes: Instructions and tech specs in spanish.
Comment: A brilliant design. The plane is absolutely perfect, and
the robot is really cool. You couldn't see he was a TF if
you didn't know it. Too bad he's so battered.

Comment: The Decepticon Tripplechangers were without a doubt the
most slick of their likes, and this is no exeption. Looks

Comment: My favourite Constructicon. Pretty slick in bulldozer

"Devastator"'s chest plate (originally not there). Lime
green with purple parts. No rub mark. Spanish. Maybe
Diaclone repackaged on Spanish TF-card.

Comment: Always thought him to be a bit too "simple".

Comment: This was my first Constructicon. After playing with that
"Devastator" arm piece a few weeks, I decided I wanted

Comment: I never really understood why the chest plate could be
fitted onto "Scrapper". Could that make him fly in
vehicle mode or what? '- Is it a bird? - Is it a plane?

Description: White/purple/black. Much paint wear on metal parts. Some
wear on stickers. Front on left leg broken; repaired, but
fragile. Metal connector on back broken; not repairable.
Disassembled for repair, but all parts present.
No rub mark. Mexican(!) Maybe Diaclone repackaged in
Spanish TF-box.
Includes: Instructions and tech specs in spanish; instructions torn
in one corner.
Comment: Too bad he's broken like he is. I hope someone out there
can use him as spare parts.

"Dead End" Decepticon Classic Stunticon. [s9] [-]

Description: Minimal sticker wear. Rub mark. UK.
Includes: Original backing board (worn), used sticker sheet,
original plastic cover (loose).
Comment: Quite a collector's item set. All parts in excellent
condition, even the board has a nice tear where the cover
used to be.

Comment: Too bad the chest plate's missing. He's definitely the
coolest PM of them all. All three modes are very slick.

complete (far from, actually!), and I definetely don't
have any loose stickers (sorry!). Stickers present are:

- [*] Complete collection of danish Transformers comics: #1-6 1988 +
#1-12 1989. (The danish comic each consisted of 2-4 US
comics and 2-4 TF Universe pages, thereby reaching
approximately US #36 before cancellation. Average number
of pages: 52. Published monthly starting July 1988. A
'Headmaster'-compilation was promised, but never
released. The publisher was actually a swedish company
trying to get on the danish market, but (obviously)
failed).

- A videotape cantaining 4 hours of the series: 2nd part of "The
Return of Optimus Prime", all 3 parts of "The Rebirth"
(although part 2 is missing the first 8 minutes or so...
Damn that VCR... ), 2 episodes from the very first season
and 3 from the second (?) season (IS there a second
season, or did they just change the opening, which, by
the way, is the COOLEST EVER!). Sounds neat, eh? Oh,
yeah, they're all in GERMAN!
- Another videotape containing one episode from that 'second'
season along with TFTM, the last 3 minutes of the "Red
Alert"-post-movie episode and a TV commercial of
"Overlord" ALSO in german. Germany is actually wellknown
all over the world (well, at least in Denmark) for making
the best voice-overs for TV, commercials, video, the
movies and any other public airings. The actors really
get involved in the characters they play, even the
saturday morning cartoons!
- Photocopies of a US 1984-1987 catalog (already seen on the
'net) displaying HM's and TM's, Predacons, Technobots,
"Wreck-Garr" and "Gnaw" among others. Sound familiar?
- Several G.I.Joe's! Okay, they aren't exactly TF's, but they're
from Hasbro, too, AND, they're pretty close tied to the
TF universe (as close as you can get without violating
copyright restrictions!). If you would like me to broaden
this section, let me know, because else I'll remove it
again.

I'm not a serious collector myself, but I like being a part of all this
hype, and, like so many others, I would like to get a hold of those
favourite TF's, that I never got the first time around. Here we go:

- MUST be unopened box in mint condition. I think he's the coolest
Headmaster ever made. Love that gorilla-mode and that the 1987
HM's and TM's are the same size. He's priority #1.

"Frenzy" (Decepticon Tape, 1984, US or UK version)

- Preferably along with backing board, not nessesarely boarded.
Also wanted as the "Frenzy"/"Laserbeak" board-set. Metal feet
version preferred, in good [s7+] condition and all accessories
MUST be included. I think he's so neat, because of his size, and
because he's so slick in both modes. I don't know why, but I
always thought the tapes were awesome.
Besides those two "must-haves", I'm also interested in the following
Decepticon cassettes: "Laserbeak" (see above) and "Ravage", both in good
condition and with all loose parts included (backing board not a must).
Also, I'm interested in all 1987 Head- and Target-masters (except
"Blurr", which I already have, and "Scorponok", which I think is really
dumb) in good conditions and with all loose parts included (boxes not a
must). Also, I would like a "Repugnus" i pratically any condition! I just
need a perfect monster head and his accessories and maybe his stickers
(a long shot). The condition of the rest of him doesn't matter; even if
an arm or two are missing, I can use the parts. If you have other TF's
to trade than the above mentioned, I'd like to hear about them, too! You
might have some I haven't thought about yet, or maybe some I can use for
spare parts! Even some Japanese TF's could be of interest. But please:
ONLY G1 TF's (1984-1991)!
============================== 7. PURCHASE ===============================
Since I'm currently low on cash (I'm studying at the university), and
there's much trouble involved dealing with foreign money payments, I'm
suggesting a trade offer. Both parts decide on a fair trade, and the only
expense will be the postage. I will not accept a direct money payment,
only trades, because I really, REALLY want those TF's before I start
selling out of my collection for money. So if you don't have what I need,
you have to go out and buy that first (the point is, that you guys out
there have better chances of finding what I want than I have in this
crappy little coutry of mine ;-). If that isn't possible for you, then
maybe we can agree on a cash settlement. I prefer a trade, but I can
settle for cash, too. Please note that the different TF parts are NOT
for sale individually, i.e. you cannot buy "Devastator"'s right hand
without buying the whole "Scavenger" set, or just "Red Alert"'s gun.
Also, my guess is, that some people out there could be interested in
instruction books. Well, I guess that we could arrange some sort of deal
involving photocopies of the ones I have. Please remember, that you
cannot buy instructions alone, you have to buy the TF, too.

with ALL original parts included, along with the original
plastic cover AND (used) sticker sheet!

"Sunstreaker", one of the 'few' Classic (= Europe-only) TF's
